Admin & Cashier (Madiun) - PT Best Buy Indonesia
Responsibilities
* Greet customer including answering phone and directing customer's
inquiries to appropiate party
* Reconcile payment with receipts
* Answers routine billing and issues from customer
* Receive and process all payment according to ERP system and
company's policy
* Complete, processes, and maintain applicable paperworks and record
* Maintain accurate record of transactions
* Maintain and report daily collection report
* Maintain petty cash and small changes
* Administer invoices and tax invoices and or related documents
* Ensure proper reject of goods from customer and refund process
*Requirement : *
* Male
* Maximum age 30 years old
* Minimum SMK/SMA, Diploma III or equivalent
* Minimum 1 years experience in related field
* Trust worthy, discipline, and work independently
* Work underpressure, multi tasking and attention to detail
* Bilinggual English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Proficiency in MS Office;Good excell
* Preferably in retail experience with ERP system
* Strong communication skills
* Customer service oriented
