Helpdesk - Inbound Caller

Requirements :

    Female, Min. D3 (D1 with experience are welcome to apply)
    Preferrably experience 1 year in handling Corporate Clients, existing clients & potentail clients
    Self Confident and Fast learner
    Good Initiative and pro-active
    Discipline and Highly motivated
    Fluent in English, written and spoken
    Good selling skills
    Excellent is using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, ppt)
    Understanding in Telecomunication's latest gadget (Android, IOS, Blackberry, etc)
    Capable working under pressure (tight timeline)

Customer Service Smartfreen Representative


    Male/female, Age Max. 26 years, Bachelor degree all courses
    Look interesting, service oriented, communicative
    Can operate computers and preferably speak United Kingdom
    Preferably have experience as a Customer Service, particularly in the telecommunications industry, service centre, banking, insurance and other service industries front desk
    Placements in all areas of Jabodetabek, Serang Banten
