Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in communication or related areas.
- Bachelor Degree, preferably major in Communications, Journalisms or other Social Science related fields.
- Speak, articulate and have excellent written communication and editorial skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills (maintains constant communication with colleagues across the department, adheres to deadlines, etc.).
- Strong presentation skills (possesses ability to make different audiences understand complex ideas/concepts and speak confidently).
- Broad knowledge about Media.
- Computer literate (Words, Excel & Power Point) and Technology Savvy (internet usage & social media)
Requirements :
- University Degree in any discipline, preferably HR Management or Law
- Minimum 5 years progressive working experience in HR with minimum 2 years experiences in handling industrial relation related issues
- Solid knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting
- Solid knowledge and skills of industrial relationship processes
- Solid knowledge and skills of project management
- Solid knowledge and skills of change management
- Computer Literate, especially Microsoft Office and preferably graphic
- Fluent in English, both oral & written
- Good communication skill : able to express idea systematically & clearly
- Good Analytical and logical thinking
- Good Relationship building

- Hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
